SUEZ Water Technologies & Solutions is now part of Veolia. Veolia has acquired most of SUEZ, and we are working together to pull the best from both businesses to serve our customers and solve their water, wastewater, and process challenges.

Why was SUEZ bought by Veolia?

Veolia saw an opportunity in the SUEZ businesses to increase their reach globally and also add to their product and services portfolio. This allows Veolia to offer customers a larger scope of products and services to meet their challenges now and into the future.

How will this change impact WTS customers?

Moving forward, we will operate as Veolia Water Technologies & Solutions, but our relationship with our customers will not change.  There will be no immediate impact to existing customers or to the teams supporting our current accounts.  We will continue to provide our customers with the same level of support and service that they are accustomed to, while standing ready to serve new customers in markets across the globe.
