Z-MOD S Wastewater Filtration System

Simple and versatile, the Z-Mod S MBR system is ideally suited for small wastewater treatment needs.

Starting with a basic membrane filtration packaged (membrane process skid and membranes) other components can be added to suit your treatment process needs.  With standard controls for your whole treatment plant you can connect to existing ancillary/biological equipment or we can provide new components for your entire treatment needs.

  • The ZeeWeed* 500 reinforced ultrafiltration membrane has a 0.04 μm nominal pore diameter - for optimal removal of particulates, bacteria, and viruses.  Its PVDF chemistry gives mechanical strength and chemical resistance. 

  • Backwash system with integrated backwash tank to maintain performance and increase time between cleans 

  • On skid membrane blowers 

  • Main control panel to control your whole wastewater treatment plant 

  • Two train system: each train capable of 10 – 80 GPM
